- What is your COVID-19 visitor policies? You are allowed to have one guest over the age of 18 and mask must be warn at all times. We are currently have a strict NO children in the office policy.

What is gestational diabetes?
- Gestational diabetes is a type of diabetes that occurs during pregnancy that usually develops around 24 to 32 weeks gestational age and usually resolves after delivery.
Who is at risk of getting gestational diabetes?
Pregnant women:
- with a history of gestational diabetes in previous pregnancies.
- older than 25 years of age.
- with a family history of any type of diabetes (especially type 2 diabetes).
- with heart disease or high blood pressure.
- who are inactive or have limited daily physical activity.
- who have obesity.
- with a history of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
- who have previously birthed a baby that weighed nine pounds or more.
- who are of Asian American, Native American, African American, or Hispanic decent.
